Barack Obama is the first African American to became the Democratic nominee for president of the US. The last 2 contests were held on Tuesday night after a race that spanned 54 primaries and caucuses beginning in January. Loser Hillary also makes history in that she has the most delegate count for a second place finalist...and she's a woman.
In a letter to supporters today, Clinton said:
On Saturday, I will extend my congratulations to Senator Obama and my support for his candidacy....I have said throughout the campaign that I would strongly support Senator Obama if he were the Democratic party's nominee, and I intend to deliver on that promise."
Dear Barack:
You are a better man than Hillary...but she still has bigger balls.
