GRAMMY NOMINATIONS...
Here is the list along with my top 1 or 2 predictions bolded and astericks with what i think SHOULD WIN in some cases. I only picked 1 in most of the urban categories bc i can predict most of those (few exceptions). I will compare this grammy night.
Beyonce, Taylor, and Gaga reigns supreme in nominations.
Beyonce got a lot of nods (prob the most) but i think she will win in urban categories since Matthew got them in his pockets but atleast she got recognized in the crossover ones too. They just needed a minority to fill in the space in the crossover categories and she was most popular...you all know dag on well...But I really want Dream and Tricky to win song of the year for "single ladies" (it's a writing award) but i know they will screw them..
Can you believe Pleasure P got a whole bunch of nods in urban categories? I don't really know what he's done. Probably because I don't listen to radio anymore. i doubt he has a chance though.
The good news is that Maxwell will finally take home something this year from his nods in the urban section. This will be his first win...shame shame
In musical injustice (as compared to above) Ciara's nominated and is likely to get her 2nd win. I love her but how the hell does she have a Grammy and Maxwell does not?
... Finally, I see Pleasure P and em but..........Where the F is Alicia Keys Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston on this list? Grammys haven't been the same since they let those negro execs start voting. SMH :)
