"I thought that was something you could use for humor, like any other comedian would utilize current events to put into their actual [presentation], being humorous a little bit," 50 explained while promoting his new video game, "50 Cent: Blood on the Sand," which hit stores Today. "I put [reference to the incident] in a 'Pimpin' Curly' (+ Cartoon Here) skit a little bit. From the perspective of the character, I mentioned it."
50 says those comedic references were made prior to TMZ posting a photograph of a badly beaten Rihanna. He immediately changed his mind about making light of the situation.

"After I saw the photograph, that wasn't funny anymore," 50 said. "I didn't have any information on it. You're just going on what the public actually had. It shifts the whole thing. Even if you're saying you're in a dysfunctional relationship, I understand that. There's a point when you're already past a woman fighting you back. You look at [the picture], and it's obviously past that point. There's some issues there that definitely gotta be addressed. Not to take any shots at Chris or Rihanna or take sides in any way, [but] it's really not cool. It's not funny anymore, so there will definitely be no more reference to that from me in any way."

DONKEY LOSES AGAIN

JUST IN FROM 50'S WEBSITE:

50 went to court today to enforce his right to see his child. The donkey wanted restricted visitation, I guess with a gaurdian on site. But get this, after a drug test, 50 was clean but she tested positive for supposedly "cough medicine."

Offcourse the judge ordered that 50 can spend UNRESTRICTED time with his son in during a specified time in August. Lets hope she hasn't brainwashed the poor kid.

Then the donkey comes out first saying she never said anything negative about 50. The reporter called her out about her fire allegations and then she shut up. Initially she didn't want to answer the question of if she trusted her kid with 50 yet within the same interview went on to say she didn't trust 50 with her son, as though it's not his son too. Then the donkey tried to clarify her position by saying 'this is my nondefamation opinion.' I guess she's trying to cover from that defamation suit 50 laid on her the other day.

Sad Sad...Buck, from one Pisces to another you can't do that passive/aggressive ish with a Cancer like Fif. People are mad at Fif for putting this out but after this call Buck gets on stage and says "f guint." I'm like Fif...if you don't like me, I don't like you more. So after Fif put the audio out, Buck is trying to save face by releasing this song and had the nerve to call out my girl Ciara.

First off he lied. This was clearly after February 2008 because that was when he got on stage with Wayne. Second, before getting on stage with Wayne, Buck announced on rap city that he had taped conversations with Wayne that were explosive...so to claim 50 is 5-0 makes you what? Third, did he refer to himself as 'her?' just saying...Fourth, Ciara got nothing to do with this so keep my girl's name out yo mouth...no homo. You ain't got to call her out like that. The Yoyo and ahole line was funny though...

50 IS REALLY CLEANING HOUSE...SOMEBODY SHOULD TELL THAT CHICK HER LAWYER IS MORE OF A DONKEY THAN SHE IS

Today, 50 Cent will ask a judge to evict his baby mother Shaniqua Tompkins from his Long Island Property. In February a judge decided that 50 Cent only has to pay $ 6,700 a month child support for his son Marquise. 50 Cent had taken himself to court for child support after his baby mama supposedly got too demanding. The judge had decided 50 Cent has to pay $ 25,000 a month and later reduced it to $ 6,700 after checking Shaniqua Tompkins' expenses.

A part of the deal in February was that Shaniqua Tompkins could stay in 50 Cent's home while looking for a new residence. 50 Cent says they didn't even try and that Tompkins is taking advantage of the situation, as the house is in Jackson's name and all bills are presumably forwarded to one of his faceless accountants in Hollywood.

Shaniqua Tompkins' lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, plans to argue that the eviction is impossible because Shaniqua Tompkins s is not by definition a tenant. Her lawayer says she never signed a lease agreement and didn't pay rent, so she can't be subject of eviction.

The house officially belongs to Curtis „50 Cent“ Jackson but Shaniqua Tompkins claims that it was initially promised to her and that 50 Cent reneged just prior to closing the sale on the property. 50 Cent bought the house so that his son Marquise would have access to quality schooling.

Wednesday afternoon a judge denied a motion for an emergency stay of today's hearing. The fact that the judge didn't grant the delay probably says he didn't feel the eviction and ownership were related. Yet. A publicist for Jackson refused comment on the ongoing legal matter.
