BILLBOARD SAYS



Taylor Swift has had the #1 album for 8 weeks in a row. This is the longest run at #1since 50 cent had his run with Get Rich and The Massacre, respectively.

Mariah's "Best Of" cd was the highest debut on the album charts coming in at #10.


On the hot 100, American Idol's Kelly Clarkson makes history on this week's Billboard Hot 100 with the largest leap to No. 1 in the chart's 50-year history. Her new single, "My Life Would Suck Without You," rockets 97-1 after selling 280,000 digital downloads in its first week of availability. This breaks Britney's record which jumped from 96-1 in one week.

This pushes Lady Gaga to #2


On Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, "Single Ladies" is in an 11th week at No. 1.

Ciara's "Never Ever" featuring Young Jeezy is the highest debut on this chart debuting at No. 70
