Chris Brown was sentenced to six months of community labor in Virginia and ordered to stay away from ex-girlfriend Rihanna for five years after pleading guilty in June to one count of felony assault against the "Umbrella" singer.

According to People.com, Brown will spend 1,400 hours performing graffiti removal, cleaning and maintaining grounds, and washing cars as part of his sentence, which will be supervised by the chief of police in Richmond, Va.

Also the judge made it a point to note that she has heard the rumors of him possible hooking up with Rihanna still and that if anything is substantiated he will go to jail.

Billboard named Beyonce and Reba Mcintire as some of its "Women of the Year" and will hold a luncheon in their honor in October. Last year Ciara and Debbie Harris got the honor.

TLC was added to the list of performers to perform together on U.S. soil for the first time in seven years – as part of a benefit concert "Justin Timberlake and Friends”. The show, benefitting Shriners Hospitals for Children, will be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on Saturday, October 17.

Along with Timberlake and TLC, country superstar Taylor Swift and vocalists Alicia Keys and Ciara have also been added to the ticket. Tickets go on sale Saturday.

Speaking of Ciara, she was out with her dog Tyson yesterday. No word on why she removed herself from the Britney tour but it's clear in her response to a fan on her twitter account that she was not "dropped" from the tour as some hater blogs have reported.
