Per TMZ, Katt Williams was arrested early Monday morning in Georgia and is being held on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. He's being held in Coweta County jail and is set to face a judge today.

Katt’s lawyer, William Briggs, told TMZ that Williams was a guest, not a burglar, and that the false accusations are the result of a disagreement. Apparently Katt is filming a movie in Atlanta, and was staying at the producers house; which is the house that was “robbed”. According to our friends at Dlisted.com he had gotten into it with one of the producers employees, and the employee decided to get even.
Katt Williams was released on bail yesterday
