Beyonce aka "it was just a coincidence that i copied your entire look" was SUED AGAIN AND LOST in a copyright infringement suit. Underwear manufacturer Triumph claimed she wore an unauthorized copy of Bulgarian designer Iskren Lozanov's lingerie in her Video Phone music video. Beyonce and Sony's defense was that it was just a coincidence that the swimsuit, glasses, and bangles which was showcased in Iskren's design on September 23rd in Milan (before the video premiered) were identical to hers.

BEYONCE TO BLESS US WITH HER ABSENCE?

Interesting. However we all know she throws together her "albums" in 2 weeks so this doesn't really mean much.

DON'T MESS WITH GUNIT MONEY
G-Unit's Lloyd Banks is being held by police in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, on assault and robbery charges after an incident involving a local promoter on Friday night. Authorities say that Banks and three others assaulted the promoter after the G-Unit member performed at Club NV in nearby Blandford late Friday night.
Sergeant Brad Finucan of the Waterloo Regional Police's Criminal Investigations branch told MTV News on Sunday (January 10) that Banks (real name: Christopher Lloyd) and three associates got into a dispute with the promoter at a local hotel over payment for performance and an appearance fee. The promoter's name was withheld by police.
The promoter alleged that early Saturday morning the lyricist and three associates — Nicklas Sloane, Shawn McGee, and Tyrell Cooper — held him in his hotel room against his will, assaulted and robbed him. All four men were charged with forceful confinement, aggravated assault and robbery. The four made a video court appearance on Sunday afternoon (January 10) and are due to appear in court again early this week. They remained in police custody at press time.

ANTOINETTE DAVIS FORMALLY CHARGED WITH SELLING HER KID FOR DRUGS: THIS BISH SHOULD BE KILLED!!
I got wind of this story on Ms. Rose's site and started following it on Nancy Grace and other news outlets. I am completely disgusted with this entire story. Never in my life have I wanted to rush someone and cut their fukin head off. And I have no sympathy for that father who gave up his custody to turn over his child to his troubled baby mama. He should get jail time as well.
Yes, one should be proven guilty in the legal system but...
Davis reported her daughter missing around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from a mobile home community where she was staying. Police arrested Mario Andrette McNeil, 29, after receiving a tip that he was seen with the girl in a hotel in Sanford, NC on the day she went missing
McNeil has been extremely uncooperative with police. His attorney said he plans to plead not guilty.
Shaniya’s body was found under a patch of kudzu in the woods off Walker Road near highway 87 in Sanford on Monday. Police told reporters the child’s body would be “exhumed” from the ground before being taken to the coroner’s office to determine a cause of death.

DJ AM DEAD
Apparently his friends hadn't heard from him in days and when one went over to check on him, AM didn't answer the door. The friend called the cops, who entered the apartment and found his body. According to reports, there was drug paraphernalia found at the scene.
He has been known to say "crack is my drug of choice."

After his Houston office and storage unit were searched, and law enforcement officials announced that they believe Murray administered the lethal dose of propofol to Jackson, his Las Vegas home is now being raided by Federal agents.
"They're searching Dr. Murray's residence and office. They're executing a search warrant. They're continuing to look for records and other aspects of the investigation. They're just looking for any information they need to help [in the investigation]," a law enforcement source tells PEOPLE.
Murray has yet to be indicted on any charges, but police are seeking a third interview with the doctor.
