THIS JUST IN!!!
Shaniqua...50's baby momma burned down the house that he kicked her out of. Ordinarily this would be classified as 'a bad b*tch' behavior, which is a plus. In this case however, it's a donkey making a donkey move. How suspicious is the whole thing...and does she really think this will help her get paid. This just means he doesn't have to worry about selling and he can just collect the insurance.

RAVEN FANS ARE FED UP!!!
The owner of Raven Symone’s largest fan site has shut down the site and says it’s because Raven is a flop and didn’t even try. And she wasn’t grateful at all for her fans. Here’s his statement:
The time has come for me to personally close the site. We were at the top of our game and I cannot be more happy with the way the site had gone. The members were all so loyal. However I made the decision to close the site based on this past year. This was supposed to be the best year for Raven professionally and she wasted it! The movie did great, she promoted I couldn’t have been happier, I got to meet her and even though she was very standoffish it completed my goal of wanting to meet her. The whole album deal just infuriates me! She had a great album and she refused to do anything with it. She ended up selling only 4,400 copies!!!! That is a huge flop.
She did zero promotion and didn’t acknowledge it on her OWN official website which showed little to no care for this album which is sad. What just did it for me was her management team, we were told we would get an interview for the website 4 months ago… then it comes time for it and they decide we don’t need it. Cause raven is so busy right? All the promotion we did online for years was nothing but free promotion for them. I am done supporting someone who just doesn’t care about her projects. I wish all the fans well and as for me, I have finally moved on…

Lip the ef singing on Moving Mountains. Usher has never been on key with highnotes that consistenly throughout a whole song live so lets stop playing. Okay I said in my review I didn't like the song. Nothing wrong with the song but it's a clear rip off of UK by way of Nigeria artist Taio Cruz's songs. I've featured Taio's music on the site...go learn about him...Now the second song is live
Urgh he gets on my nerves thinking he's sumin special....like he's so grown and over his fans head or sumin. Still miming on "Yeah" ...nikka you ain't slick. Shout out to Jamaica Craft on Choreography...luv her. I see she's recycling Usher/Ciara dance moves and dancers now (yt girl Larky be killin it.) but it's all good.

Weezy giving advice to VH1 viewers. After each question and commercial you will get an option to click on another question....#s 2, 8, and 10 are my favorites. Some of his answers are too funny, some very good. I luv this guy.
ALBUM REVIEW: Cherish
Cherish's second effort is above average, but lack of personality resulting in lack of interest, unrelatable lyrics, and poor promotion has them trailing pop peers like Danity Kane and P*ssy Cat Dolls.
"The Truth" consists of a few club bangers like "Killa," a hand full of mid tempos, and a couple of tastefull ballads. Vocally, they're no Aretha but they're no 'Assie either. They equally have very solid mid ranges and execute them by the book. However, there is something missing. In comparison to other groups: they don't have a leader who stands out vocally, however irritating ala Destiny's Child, they're not particularly sexy with powerhouse voices ala En Vogue although very cute girls, they're not glamorous ala The Supremes, they don't have dynamic personalities that shine through the songs ala TLC....which leaves them well, forgettable.
Having laid out the reasons why despite an exceptional album they still will flop...I must say I haven't enjoyed an album from a pop girl group like this since "Writings On The Wall." The melodies are perfect, the production is the best of the best, and the vocals are solid. Standouts include: "Amnesia" about forgeting about him; "Framed Out" talking smack..a swagga song; "Before You Were My Man" about having messed with his friend before you met him unknowingly; "Only One" about devotion to your loved one; "Love Sick" about letting go and now he misses you ala 'cry me a river': and "Like a Drum" about losing love and what it does to your heart.
On the strength of great melodies, great production, and solid vocals and lyrics, we gave this album a B+. However there is nothing exceptional about the positives; ie the beats aren't 'out of this world', the vocals aren't 'an improvement from the last album or the best i've every heard,' and the lyrics aren't necessarily connecting with the emotion in the presentation so as to make you 'feel the song.' In addition, the album lacks of that extra umph, personality, swagga, and interest that is necessary for pop sucess in these times.

ALBUM REVIEW: Ashanti "The Declaration"
The Queen of Midtempos gives us just that on this new effort. I must say it starts off slow with mediocre melodies and substandard lyrics. For a lyricist of her caliber, it did not hit the spot in the early stages. It opens with first single "The Way That I Love You" which is a grower at the very least but what it lacks in single worthiness it more than compensates in visuals. It is arguably, video of the year (2008) so far.
The lyrical theme seems to be about heartbreak and trying to get her man back. "So Over You" goes through the same ole, 'I gave you everything and you were bad to me so I'm over you' vibe, but not even in a clever enough way to make us forget it's just the same ole. However the highlights come in the middle of the album with songs like "Girlfriend" about wanting to be with a guy, which gives a sensual vibe; to "In These Streets" which is classic round a way Ashanti. This is the most relatable lyrically for me and possibly the best song on the LP. It talks about how there is really nothing out there to leave your man for....kind of a 'the grass isn't always greener' effect. And the beat....knocks hard; "Things You Make Me Do" with Robin is a banger too. "Body On Me" is a clear single, as Akon joins in with his usual ranting and oohhing.
In all I think Ashanti made a solid effort but I think she can do better. She's the same ole Shani with no evolution and only hints of classic Ashanti. I'm not sure it will be enough to give her the "princess" crown back. If she were to go back in the lab and redo the first half of the album, she could be looking at a classic LP. Since that is just wishful thinking and we have to take "The Declaration" for what it is.......she gets a "B" on the strength of the last half of the album.

Police in Berlin, Germany said Saturday a 7 month old boy was posted for sale on ebay with the starting bid of 1 EURO!!!! ( thats $1.57). I am no expert in child trafficking, but you would figure a human being is worth a little more then that.
Police arrested the parents, after ebay users reported the listing to authorities. The child's 23 year old mother insisted the ad was only a joke.
Authorities have launched an investigation into possible child trafficking against the baby's mother and 24-year-old father, neither of whom was identified.
The ad had the following description "Offering my nearly new baby for sale, as it has gotten too loud. It is a male baby, nearly 28 inches (70 cm) long and can be used either in a baby carrier or a stroller."
The listing was online for about two hours and 30 minutes, and NO , nobody placed bid on the child while it was up.

MOVIE REVIEW: Indiana Jones
Truthfully, I don't even remember seeing the previous ones but I thought it was descent. The beginning was a bit boring for my taste but I woke up right in time for all the action scenes. Now I get the hoopla about the Shia guy. He's pretty good looking. Looks like he will be taking over where Harrison will hopefully leave off soon; Cate Blanchett did nothing for me as a villian. She was just a pale nuisance on screen; and they could have updated the storyline a bit. I mean who is really checking for the Russians nowadays? Yes I know it was set in a different time but again...who's checking for the Russians nowadays? I'm just saying. The ending again...predictable.If you're not a fan don't go see it, if you are a fan it's the same unrealistic, unimaginative, phony action it's always been...you'll enjoy it.
